Phoenix Studios One Company is a volunteer-run cheer and tumbling program serving Plumas Lake and surrounding communities. We work to make participation more accessible for families navigating low or fixed incomes.
Cheer takes commitment from athletes and families. It also takes equipment, practice space, uniforms, and competition fees. Community support helps our program meet those needs.
When you support Phoenix, you help athletes keep learning, build friendships, and take pride in the progress they earn together.

Sponsor a Cheerleader
Help cover one item, a competition fee, or several season expenses. To support a specific cheerleader, send your contribution through Venmo and include the athlete’s name in the payment comment.

We aim to participate in at least 10 competitions each season. Competition fees vary by event and are separate from the $465 apparel and bag total.

Helps a cheerleader in need with participation expenses. Choose this fund when you want to support an athlete without naming a specific cheerleader.

Helps purchase much-needed supplies such as cheer mats and tumbling equipment.

Facility
Helps cover facility use fees for the space we borrow. These fees can start at $2,000 per month. All contributions labeled Facility go toward facility use fees.

Before You Give
Can I support a specific cheerleader?
Yes. Include the cheerleader’s name in your Venmo payment comment. You can also name the item you want to help cover, such as Uniform or Practice Wear.
Do I have to cover the full cost of an item?
No. You can contribute toward an item, a competition fee, or one of the Phoenix funds. Include the athlete’s name or fund name in the payment comment.
How do I help a cheerleader without choosing a specific athlete?
Write Cheer Fund in the Venmo payment comment. Your contribution will go toward a cheerleader in need.
Are competition fees included in the $465 total?
No. The $465 total covers the uniform, bow, bag, and practice wear. Competition fees are $54–$120 per event, and we aim for at least 10 competitions each season.
Do I need to email before contributing?
No. Use Venmo and include the athlete’s name or your chosen fund in the payment comment. For equipment donations, facility connections, or business partnerships, contact Coach Apple to coordinate the details.
